Registrar dies on immediate shutdown of recently loaded system with full set of apps running

Description

If I open all applications (Alt-A, Alt-O, in the apps folder) on a recently loaded Haiku system (hrev20725), and then without closing the applications tell Haiku to shut down, Registrar dies.
