Tracker not remembering resized icons after a reboot

I thought maybe it was just my setup, but after noticing the same problem on several systems, and then trying a fresh, clean nightly install to its own partition, I have been able to reproduce this bug in all situations. Not sure how far back this goes, but for at least a couple weeks worth of builds...

1. Right-click on the desktop, and under Icon size, try something larger, like 64x64
2. Reboot normally
3. On reboot, you'll be back to the smallest icon size

Possibly related to #11838 (both the icon size and list sorting order are stored in the same way, as attributes of the folder)
