Chart fullscreen function is broken.

If you run Chart demo and set motion you could see that fullscreen button will only show stars with max coordinates which has original window size (e.g. until you pressed Fullscreen or Auto demo). Also you can't see Star density button. Tested with rev16300.

Hope you'll understand what i mean, becouse, after reading it, i can't :-)
