Description (last modified by )
Tried installing Haiku nightly on an HP Compaq nc2400. Burned the ISO using Rufus onto a USB and tried to boot to the installer. Got a kernel panic / stack trace.
I am new to Haiku so maybe I am missing something obvious. The only thing that I could pick out is that it might have something to do with WiFi drivers. I have attached a photo of the panic.

Thanks for the report! Looks like an issue with your WiFi driver, indeed. If you want to boot Haiku now, you can blacklist that driver using the boot menu (the iprowifi3945 driver).
The syslog is sufficient in this case (as it contains the same info as the photo), but if this would not be the case, please attach the image instead, so that someone looking into it 10 years from now can still access it :-)

The iprowifi3945 driver was synced with FreeBSD 11.1 in hrev52043; please retest.
