The "owner" combobox is empty, as if the user haiku-sysadmin doesn't exist in the owner list. Might be a trac issue, or a configuration.

I think we will have to add a haiku-sysadmin user.

At this point, we should just add the relevant details assignees instead of adding a sysadmin user.

I have changed the default component-owner to haiku-web, which is related to a mailing list.
