Description

Sync rtl81xx driver with FreeBSD 11.1. rtl81xx driver currently performs at 50%-70% degradation in download/upload performance versus FreeBSD 11.1 on same hardware.

The driver is only a part of the network performance path. The network path is the main component involved actually.

rtl81xx is already the one from FreeBSD 11.1 : see ​https://git.haiku-os.org/haiku/log/src/add-ons/kernel/drivers/network/rtl81xx
