Kernel crash after opening Otter browser

This is 32 bit gcc2 hybrid.

Crash happens even after waiting some time after boot.

Always happens in "a:<some id>:x-vnd.Be-TSKB" thread.

Nope, this one showed up for the first time after the app_server changes, before the ConditionVariable changes, so this is a separate problem.

hrev53340 may affect this; so please retest and see if it's different on that hrev.

Tested on hrev53348.

KDL seems disappear, but system freeze happens sometimes. When system freeze, no KDL is shown, display update is stopped but cursor is still moving. Maybe app_server problems.
