idualwifi7260 ucode cannot be loaded in UEFI mode

Description
Booting my T440s with idualwifi7260:
- in legacy mode: everything works
- in UEFI mode without CSM: no wlan
- in UEFI mode with CSM: no wlan
According to waddlesplash his idualwifi7260 works in UEFI mode.
According to my syslog the ucode upload fails somehow:
