Extra attributes box in FileTypes have scrollbar even if no attribute exist. In the same time File recognition box doesn't have this problem.

To reproduce:

  • Launch FileTypes
  • Expand application list
  • Select Person
  • Select PDF document

Please ignore: "In the same time File recognition bpx doesn't habe this problem." I found a real problem after i wrote it.

Fixed in hrev22550: it was a bug in BListView::MakeEmpty().
