[FileTypes] Extra attributes box have scrollbar which shouldn't have — at Initial Version

Description
Extra attributes box in FileTypes have scrollbar even if no attribute exist. In the same time File recognition bpx doesn't habe this problem.
To reproduce:
- Launch FileTypes
- Expand application list
- Select Person
- Select PDF document
