Update bundled software before a release

Before a release, update the bundled apps. Even if there were no changes in the code, there may be new/updated translations that need ex/importing from ​Polyglot.

• ​wpa_supplicant

I'll take care of importing the new packages into the build set of course; humdinger, do you have the time to handle the HaikuPorts side of this? I.e., export new catkeys from Polyglot, push new recipes, etc.?

I've already done wpa_supplicant just now, so that's complete already.

Will do. I'll give a shoutout to our translators to give them the opportunity to finish translations of those apps. According to the Timeline, "Soft" strings freeze begins 26 Apr - 2 May.
Does that mean it'll be OK to have the packages updated and ready on May 1st?

How do you create a new en.catkeys for wpa_supplicant. It doesn't use the makefile_engine, so a simple "make catkeys" isn't possible...

You may have to generated it manually using the correct collectcatkeys invocation...

All mentioned packages have been updated with the latest catkeys, recipes were updated as well. Apart from "Pe", which wasn't in the need of an update.
