After switching Deskbar to mini-mode there is left dotted grip:
But if you switch it back to default and to mini-mode again it's gone:

#15792 I can't reproduce, however I can reproduce this bug every time after a fresh Deskbar start.

This is a near duplicate of the other bug you filed where you can also see the resize control on the left despite it supposed to be hidden. Same fix as in the other ticket too, but you seem to be the only one seeing this bug so we don’t want to apply my fix because it may be covering a deeper bug I guess.
