/documents/dev/ missing article list

Apologies if this is intentionally left out. I'd be happy to send a PR if this is a bug.

There are plenty of useful "dev documents", such as: ​https://www.haiku-os.org/documents/dev/ufetch_a_basic_web_client/

However, the index page over at ​https://www.haiku-os.org/documents/dev/ is not listing any articles, so you can't really discover them.

Presumably the /documents/dev/ page should be listing out the articles that are there with links?

Apparently the list got lost when migrating the website to a newer Drupal version in 2010 (and not fixed when moving to Hugo).

Here is how it should be:
