Donations Tracker needs to be reset for 2021

Description
The Donations tracker on the Haiku main site as well as the Haiku Inc. site need to be reset for 2021 - currently, the tracker still reads "2020" and is still displaying last year's donations.

I also just ran the donation tracker program to get the latest numbers.

haiku-os.org was updated because someone improved the JavaScript to pull the date from the donation tracking file, so all I had to do for the new year was run my donation tracking program to update that file.
I still need to make the same change to haiku-inc.org, which currently has the right donation information but the wrong year.
