Cancel Shutdown does not work as expected — at Initial Version

Description
- Click on the leaf menu
- Select Preference
- Start all applications
- Once they are all up and running try shutting down.
- Click on the Cancel Shutdown button after shutting down has started
Behavior: Some applications like Mail and others do not respond so as the Shutdown window Expected behavior: Shutdown window should close, and still opened application should continue regularly.
BTW: What is with the "Person" application under Preference -> FileType? Why is not called People like the application? :)
