Cancel Shutdown does not work as expected

- Click on the leaf menu
- Select Preference
- Start all applications
- Once they are all up and running try shutting down.
- Click on the Cancel Shutdown button after shutting down has started
Behavior: Some applications like Mail and others do not respond so as the Shutdown window Expected behavior: Shutdown window should close, and still opened application should continue regularly.

One file is a "Person" file. Many person files are managed by the "People" app. :-) It is debatable weather the app should be called "Persons" instead, but it cannot be argued that the file should be a "People file", since people is always plural.

Replying to bonefish:
- When canceling the shutdown with the "Cancel Shutdown" button, I'm incorrectly told that some application (supposedly the one that was currently or next being quit) has canceled the shutdown.
That bug is also tracked in ticket:3863 (and has a patch attached ;) ).

Can't reproduce this (hrev25104). I experience only two oddities:
Regarding the "Person" file type. That's not the People application, that's the file type for the person files (which People edits).
