[Workspaces] forgets No border option

Description

  • Start Workspaces.
  • Right click it and set "No title" and "No border" options.
  • Restart Workspaces
  • Notice a border around Workspaces.

Well "no title" and "no border" options are excluding. Adjusted in hrev25770.
