Add /boot/beos/demos to /boot/beos/system/boot/SetupEnvironment.

I guess you mean to the PATH variable. I really don't think that should be done. All demos are GUI apps and you can start them via Deskbar. They are virtually never used by most users, so there's no good reason to have them in the PATH.
