[Tracker] Update directory size info

Description
When a folder is right clicked and Get Info is selected, a window appears and the folder's size is shown. The window could update the calculated size of the directory when a change to the directory happens.

Moving Tracker enhancement tickets out of R1 milestone -- Tracker's source code comes from BeOS R5, so it already has all the features it did on R5.
