Font glyphs are sometimes irregular sizes

Description

Open a Tracker window, resize the Name view. On the odd occasion, letters will jump in size. Resizing the column even by a pixel fixes it.

Might be fixed in 17216. I searched for cerain bugs,and the short description perfectly fits what I havefixed, but the long description is weird and I don'tknow if that is fixed... :-)

I will test it asap, i saw this only a few times though.
