Description
This haiku-development mailing list thread raised the issue of having .OptionalPackageDescriptions for the same piece of software. Such a situation may occur when giving attribution to an OptionalPackage's included dependencies. A specific example is libxml2. Currently it is listed in AboutSystem. Once NetSurf is repackaged to include a more complete .OptionalPackageDescription, it will also give recognition to libxml2.
