Description
Unticking the "Horizontal Scrolling" option in the Trackpad Preferences window does not actually prevent horizontal scrolling. The only way to do that is to move the red line in the scrolling frame of the window down to the bottom.
To test, untick it and you can scroll Back in BeZillaBrowser by moving horizontally left.

It might not be totally obvious, but this option is only there for two (or more) finger scrolling. When an option is indented, it usually means it depends on another one, although the text could be improved.
