Description
This is hrev33893.
I sometimes see special rectangle characters in some mail's subject and thread attributes. I have no idea what they are (tabs?) and where they come from, but they mess up ordering new mail by "Thread" and "When". Unfortunately, screenshooting KDLs Haiku ATM...
As examples, I have http://www.freelists.org/post/haiku-development/Im-interested-in-developing-a-project-for-Haiku,27 and http://www.freelists.org/post/haiku-development/Im-interested-in-developing-a-project-for-Haiku,25 which appear OK in the archive, but with/without that special character when fetched by the mail_daemon.
Could the mail_daemon intelligently filter out those characters when parsing mails?
