BSnow works intermittently

Description

Run BSnow a couple of times (drag to desktop, click to remove, drag to desktop, click to remove, etc). Reboot and repeat if necessary.

For me, more often than not, BSnow just pegs the CPU without producing any snow. Revisions as old as 32000 exhibit the same problem, although it seems to have gotten slightly worse lately.

I find that you can sometimes make snow appear by dragging to desktop twice (which in turn requires two 'click to remove' to stop the snowfall).

Tested both in VMware and on real hardware.
