Description
This includes fixes to previous translations as well as new translations. The Bluetooth preflet catalog is acting strange.

This patch seems to add some catkeys to the jamfiles (zipomatic, mail, network, opengl and touchpad) but does not add the catkeys themselves. It's not useable in its current state. Please fix and update :)
