HDA sensing: no longer produces sound on line out

Description

Since hrev35088 and hrev35289 my desktop speakers connected on line out no longer plays sound. I havn't tested much more than enabling/disabling everything in media prefs.

The switch handler trusts the value read to know whether to disable or to enable. Instead it should sense the jack to know this.

Tested rebooting from Ubuntu, and from cold boot. The result: Works great. Nice work. Havn't tested unplugging / plugging though.
