book_access drupal module should be installed to give normal users admin access just over certain books to allow elevated users to work on Haiku /guides/

To give normal users admin access just over certain books to allow elevated users to work on Haiku /guides/.
Currently admin's can't give non-admin users access to edit books such as the Haiku guides book. Ask mmadia for further info.

this may no longer be needed since mmadia converted the Haiku guides to wiki pages instead of drupal books.
