Creating people from within Mail should copy name as well as e-mail

Description
Some of my e-mail contacts send their name along with their e-mail address (in the form of "Edwin Amsler <edwinguy@…>"). When creating a people file from that e-mail, the address populates fine but ignores the person's name.
Might be a quick fix, I haven't looked into it yet.
