Webpositive download hangs.

Description
I just downloaded R43192 to test my Radeon HD card. I install the optional package webpositive. I can't download anything from webpositive. It opens the download window and hangs. I change the default folder to another folder in home folder and gave write permission to all, no difference. I can't use Ubertuber as well, it also saying buffering and doing nothing.
I install all the optional packages like alpha3, but no difference.
Bezilla, is downloading to desktop without problem.
