Tracker doesn't update files size and presence of new files

Description
Tracker doesn't update file size and presence of new files
I have noticed that since yesterday Tracker doesn't update anymore size of new created files and doesn't update the presence of new files. Example in the screenshot: i made a new text file "prova" (test in english), written some text inside, saved the file and the file size is not updated. Example 2: I download some files and to see them in the list, i have to close and reopen the folder.
I have run a checkfs but i only obtains errors about BEOS:LOCAL_LANGUAGE and "name" (https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8762).

Sounds more like a filesystem issue.

I have updated Haiku to hrev44384 and i get no longer errors about filesystem. Now Tracker update the presence of new files but still doesn't update the size of text files.

In the screenshot there is another error about Tracker: the created date is wrong. I have create this file as in"modified" date.
