No Spanish translation to most of the system

Description
In Spanish language in "system/apps/BootManager" 1st of all nothing is translated to spanish. 2nd in there is that the cursor changed like there is a text but the place with the text is far away from the cursor. Check screenshot: bug7.png!

Same thing as with #9229. It looks like Spanish translation is not in sync with Pootle.

Spanish is not actively maintained right now. If somebody is willing to be the language manager I will re-enable synchronization.
