This is hrev51724.

After the recent ACPIi changes, the PowerStatus doesn't show info or charging status. The Battery Info window shows interestingly high capacity...

Attached the syslog when it was working, hrev51713, and now that it doesn't.

This isn't reported that often, but I suspect it doesn't become correct after a while either?

Hasn't corrected itself yet, after 40 minutes... Always was correct in the earlier hrevs.

There are no errors in log, and unless you had this problem before March as well the locking should be the same. In your case it never seems to get read. Can you try a revision before 0bc647d605e2731a1b88d970eb755c0a514df128 I think there may be still some bugs introduced in that or a followup commit..

I installed the old hrev51018 that is only a couple of hrevs before ​0bc647d605e2731a1b88d970eb755c0a514df128 . PowerStatus did work back then too for me.

I can also confirm tqh's experience that it's only an issue on 32bit Haiku. Still works on 64bit. For completeness I attach the syslog from the still working 64bit boot.

Working on this in #13929, couldn't find any error in the provided syslog but assume it is the same.
